Based on traditional production processes and fillings, including different nuts and dried fruits, mature vinegar is added, which greatly improves its flavor. The vinegar removes some of the sweetness and greasy taste while leaving no sour flavor.


In recent years, various regions have introduced innovative mooncake flavors based on their local characteristics.
